Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Corelea Foods Private Limited ("Corelea Foods", "we", "our", or "us") strives to provide transparent booking, catering, food service, and event management practices across all our business verticals, including Cloud Kitchen, GenZ Cafe, Canteen Wala, Jal Prasad Catering, and related services.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and related requests may be processed.

2. Cancellation Before Booking Confirmation

No cancellation charges shall apply if no booking amount, advance payment, or confirmation fee has been paid.

Customers may freely cancel their enquiry, quotation request, consultation request, or tentative booking before making any advance payment.

3. Cancellation After Payment of Booking Amount

Once a booking amount, advance payment, or reservation fee has been paid, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

  • Cancellation more than 15 days before the event/service date: 20% of the booking amount shall be deducted as administrative and processing charges.
  • Cancellation within 15 days of the event/service date: 50% of the booking amount shall be deducted.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the event/service date: No refund shall be payable.

4. Catering, Event & Food Service Commitments

Catering and food-service bookings require advance planning, ingredient procurement, manpower allocation, kitchen preparation, logistics arrangements, and vendor coordination. As the event date approaches, operational costs increase significantly, which is why refund eligibility decreases closer to the scheduled date.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall generally not be available in the following situations:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled event or service date.
  • Services already delivered or substantially performed.
  • Custom food preparation or procurement completed specifically for the booking.
  • Customer no-shows or failure to utilize booked services.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer resulting in service disruption.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, where applicable, shall generally be processed within 7–15 business days from the date of approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, and financial intermediaries.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Corelea Foods may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests arising from extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, force majeure events, medical emergencies, or operational disruptions.

Approval of any exception shall remain entirely at the discretion of Corelea Foods and shall not create a precedent for future refund requests.

8. Return of Physical Products

As our primary services involve food preparation, catering, meal delivery, event services, and perishable products, physical returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered, served, consumed, or utilized.

9. Disputes & Customer Support

For any concerns regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, billing issues, service quality, or exceptional situations, customers are encouraged to contact us directly for review and resolution.

We strive to address all genuine concerns fairly and professionally.

10. Policy Updates

Corelea Foods Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the website.
